As 5G rolled out across Canada, Shaw needed to prove it could compete with the country’s telecom giants, but many customers didn’t know Shaw offered 5G, let alone how its hybrid model of 5G, LTE, and public WiFi stacked up. The old experience lacked clarity, energy, and a strong reason to switch.
As 5G rolled out across Canada, Shaw needed to prove it could compete with the country’s telecom giants, but many customers didn’t know Shaw offered 5G, let alone how its hybrid model of 5G, LTE, and public WiFi stacked up. The old experience lacked clarity, energy, and a strong reason to switch.
As 5G rolled out across Canada, Shaw needed to prove it could compete with the country’s telecom giants, but many customers didn’t know Shaw offered 5G, let alone how its hybrid model of 5G, LTE, and public WiFi stacked up. The old experience lacked clarity, energy, and a strong reason to switch.
We crafted the look around a custom 5G hologram, an electrified mark that came to life in animation and became the centrepiece of a bold, energetic design system. The visual language extended beyond the homepage into Shaw stores, digital ads, and retail signage, creating a cohesive look and feel across every touchpoint. Paired with simplified plan messaging and clear CTAs, the new design made Shaw’s 5G offering feel fast, credible, and impossible to ignore.
